用过wordpress多站点（站群）模式的人都知道，虽然说你可以用它来做很多的二级域名站群或很多目录站群，但是：网站多了，如果你的用户不能够同步，这是一件非常麻烦的事情。不可能用户访问你子域名的网站又需要重新注册吧！这即不利于用户体验，而且对网站来说，也是非常麻烦的。
不过，大家一点也不需要担心，因为wordpress程序给我们提供了很多的插件，今天将介绍的就是：wordpress用户共享插件：Multisite User Role Sync；
安装插件方法我就不多说了；
此插件用法也非常的简单，安装启动即可！不要去做任何修改！设置如下图
由于博主用wordpress多站点开启了自己的论坛，商城，问答，因此上图的商店管理大家可以不用理会；你只需要记住：此插件安装启动即可，用默认选项即可，不要修改任何的选项；

Multisite User Role Sync
Here is how this plugin works:
1、When a user visits a site, this plugin checks if the user is already a memeber of the site.
2、If the user is a member, do nothing.
3、Otherwise add the user to the site with the user's role in blog #1, or a role specifified by you. [Sync Role]
4、If the user is not an exisiting member of blog #1, the user will be added with a role specified by you. [Default Role]
5、When a user's role is updated, the user's new role can be updated across all the bogs the user is member of. [Role Update]
Warning: Please be careful with the Role Update function, you may not want a user to be admins on blogs other than his/her own.

下面是这个插件的工作原理：
1、当用户访问一个网站，这个插件检查用户是否已经是会员的网站。
2、如果用户是会员，什么也不做。
3、否则在博客# 1用户的角色站点添加用户或角色specifified你。[同步角色]
4、如果用户不是一个现有成员的博客# 1，用户将增加一个角色由你指定。[默认角色]
5、当用户的角色被更新时，用户的新角色可以在所有用户中更新。[角色更新]
警告：请小心的角色更新的功能，你可能不希望用户在其他比他/她自己的博客管理员。
说说此插件的一个小缺点吧！我们都知道wordpress多站点都有一个主站对吧，一般来说主站都是www.xxxx.com；如果你主站的用户去登陆你的二级域名子站，他会登陆两次的，第一次是二级域名子站，第二次是主站，当然也是仅限于用户第一次，因为第一次用户还没有同步，因此需要登陆两次；同步以后就不需要了。
