原因

解决方法
知道了原因，解决起来就容易多了，至少有了一个大致的方向。
经过我的分析，我发现这位朋友的路径：
C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2021b\licenses\license.dat
是不存在的。
根本没有所谓的 license.dat 文件。
由于，他的电脑用的是“win10自带杀毒防护安全管理软件Windows Defender（Microsoft Defender）”，我推测可能是他在解压MATLAB的时候，license.dat等文件就已经被杀毒拦截或删除了。
后续教他的操作方法是：解压之前就把MATLAB所需要的路径或文件夹先提前加入白名单。
最终此方法他是否有解决？我也不知道，毕竟他后面就再也没有找过我。
